Before you can create space for your artwork on ArtInPhoenix.com, you must obtain a username and password. If you do not have log on privileges, contact the system administrator.
Step One:

Click login then enter the username and password provided to you. Both the username and the password are case-sensitive, so they must be typed in exactly the same way as supplied.

After logging in, you will see a welcome message confirming your log in.
Step Two:

Create a new album
You must have an album in which to put your pictures before you can upload photos. You should see the message "Hey! Add some photos". However, before adding photos, it's usually a good idea to modify some of the album properties, such as title, description, and name. Go back to the main Gallery page by clicking the link in the top right by the up arrow. You should see the new album on the main page. To edit the title of the new album, click "[edit title]" by the current title (for new albums, it defaults to "Untitled"). To edit the description, do the same thing by clicking on "[edit description]". Finally, rename the album. Click on the link in the sentence "Hey! Rename this album so that the URL is not so generic". Once you've done this, you're ready to add photos.
Step Three:

Click this message to add photos. There are several ways to upload pictures. The simplest is to use the "form" (default) method. When the dialog box opens, click the "browse" button and select the files stored on your computer that you want to upload. You may repeat this for additional files then click "Upload Now" at the bottom of the dialog box. When you see the "Dismiss" message, your picture upload has completed. Click "Dismiss" to continue.
